Wild Hill is the most exciting private house to hit the safari industry for some time. The owners have re-wilded this huge tract of land making it more profitable for local families who own the land, and making it an extra piece of the Masai Mara which acts as a wildlife haven. Wild Hill is the ultimate in off the beaten track luxury and exclusivity, with access to some of the best game viewing the Mara has to offer.
Wild Hill also boasts resident black and white colobus monkeys, which are not seen on the lower plains of the Mara, as well as access to an orphaned rhino project nearby – where one can see the amazing work done by the rangers to save this endangered species. Wild Hill’s game viewing takes place in 45,000 acres of the Northern Masai Mara which has the fewest crowds but incredible wildlife viewing.
