Dive Seychelles
The Seychelles is made up of 115 islands scattered across the Indian Ocean, which creates diverse and impressive diving opportunities. The Inner Islands offer diving over a submerged mountain range, with prolific marine life, and the Outer Islands offer coralline sand cays which have rarely been explored. Diving is excellent all year round, but best periods are April – May and October – November. Visibility is usually around 30m and water temperature is usually around 25°c.
The Cosmoledo atoll offers huge hard coral bommies with 3 metre Gorgonian fans, which are kept under the watchful eye of potato bass. Migrating manta rays can also form an awesome sight. Dive depths tend to be between 8 – 20 m inshore, and up to 40m offshore.
