The Quirimbas Archipelago lies just South of the Tanzanian border, and is a chain of 32 coral islands. The Quirimbas Archipelago boasts some of the richest coral reefs in the world, and is the ideal habitat for an abundance of marine life. There are 12 major islands, and 20 smaller, coralline outcrops. The Quirimbas National Park protects much of the Archipelago.

The Quirimbas Archipelago’s development is still in its infancy, and there are a few extremely high-end lodges here. It is paradise on earth, just a short flight from Nairobi or Dar es Salaam.
