Duke’s Camp is one of the newest and most exciting camps to open in Botswana. Set on a beautiful and game rich concession, Dukes Camp is sure to become a new landmark luxury camp in the Okavango. The camp lies on an 89,000 hectare concession with varied habitats delivering interesting game viewing.
Duke’s Camp has 12 en-suite canvas suites set on raised wooden decks, all with sweeping views of the Okavango Delta, the rooms are plush, comfortable and full of character. Expect rich Persian rugs over wooden floors, hand carved four poster beds, brass fittings and beautiful African and natural history memorabilia whist oozing the style of old world glamour.
The main area features a swimming pool, a well-stocked drinks cabinet and lounge area, power is provided by 100% solar powered but there is no wi-fi so this is your chance to disconnect and completely relax.
Activites consist of game drives, bush walks, boating, fly fishing and the opportunity to spend a night on a beautiful, lantern lit island, sleeping on a bedroll under a simple mozzie net below a canopy of stars.
